To import the training areas to ForeFlight or Garmin Pilot, the safest method is to download and e-mail the KML file to yourself using a PC. Some mobile web browsers and cloud storage apps do not offer the option to share the file directly to ForeFlight/Pilot.

Check in, briefing and review, written exam, sortie(s) if possible
4:00 pm - Ground school and FAA 8900.1 review/test. Required, please be certain to attend. Dinner provided.

Briefings/sorties 8:00 am to end of day

Saturday
Briefings/sorties 8:00 am to end of day
Awards banquet dinner

Sunday
Briefings/sorties and check rides, as appropriate, 8:00 am until individual departure (about 1:00 - 4:00 pm)
